Copper Courtyard

This jewel of a courtyard is a tranquil haven for relaxing – and also provides a beautiful backdrop with framed views when seen from the kitchen. The central feature is a fishpond with a copper water feature. A curved laminated Ipe bench flows from one side of the courtyard to the other. The timber adds warmth, while the Venetian plastered walls and porcelain paving bring sophistication. Carefully integrated lighting provides drama and a sense of luxury. Courtyards are unique spaces that require special attention, and every detail has been thoroughly thought through.
