Consultation and Brief

We meet on site to view the garden and get a sense of the client’s needs and wishes. Following this we prepare a written design brief.

Survey and Site Analysis

A topographical survey of the site is carried out by surveyors, including house, boundaries, existing features, trees, levels and precise measurements required for the design. We undertake our own site analysis to accompany the survey, noting factors that will influence the design.

Concept Plan

We present a range of concept ideas for the design. This includes hand drawn sketches, aerial plans and accompanying visuals, which act as a basis for discussion.

Design Details

After further development we prepare precise details of the design from which a contractor can construct the garden. We also produce detailed planting plans and construction drawings at this stage.

Tender

The plans are put to tender to recommended contractors. We guide the client in choosing the right contractors for each project.

Construction and Project Management

We can advise throughout the build of the project, inspecting work and ensuring that the garden is built to the highest standards.
